starrer is a create your own credits faux celeb community.

the rules are simple, treat one another how you'd like to be treated, no bullying, racism, homophobia etc will be allowed.

applying
applying is easy, all you need is an ic journal with no extra numbers, symbols or letters, an ic friends only post + an ooc info post with comments screened. these posts should be backdated. your info ooc info post should include the basics of name, age, occupation, at least 100 word history or facts, and credits.

REJECTIONS we reserve the right to reject you if we feel like you will not be a good fit for the commninty. if your application is deleted, this means you have been rejected. please note we will not respond to questions about rejections.

activity
introductions after you've been accepted, you have 72 hours to post an introduction to citer. in order for your introduction to be marked off as complete, we ask that you respond to at least half of the comments. failure to do so may result in you being removed.

updates members will have the full month to update their journal twice, though we encourage multiple posts throughout the month. please drop off all forms of updates to our activity dropbox.

if you and another member want to work on a collaborative post, it can count toward activity for both of you, however this form of update should only happen once per month.

removals will be done at least twice a month — one in the middle of the month in the form of an activity check on the friends page and the other at the end of the month. occassional removals will also be done for out of date friends list.

hiatus and extensions will be granted upon request, though multiple extensions in a row will not be allowed.

credits
five year rules all credits must fall +/- five years of the claim.

white washing will not be tolerated under any circumstances. please pay attention to the credits you are claiming and whether they are appropriate for your character.

roles no more than three roles per year will be allowed.

misc we ask that you please mix and match acting credits and do not lean too heavily on one person. please make sure credits fit the trajectory of a character. we also ask that you do not claim all award nominated roles for your character.

credit rejections we reserve the right to deny credit claims if we feel it does not feel realistic for your character or if you do not follow any of the above rules.
